Privacy policy

LeadsGen (leadsgen.cloud) is operated by Sphurava Technologies ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Two kinds of people

• Businesses that use LeadsGen, and the people on their teams. For their account data, we decide how it is used.
• People who contact those businesses, for example by filling a form, sending an IndiaMART or Google Ads enquiry, or messaging on WhatsApp. Here the business decides how your data is used, and we process it on the business's behalf. If you want your data changed or deleted, you can ask the business or us.

What we collect

• Account details: your name and email from Google sign-in, or your mobile number if you sign in with WhatsApp; your business name, website, industry, address and settings; and the team members you invite.
• Enquiry and conversation data: the name, phone number, email and enquiry details a person shares, the WhatsApp and email messages exchanged, voice notes and their transcripts, and when and how that person agreed to be contacted.
• Payment details: wallet top-ups are processed by Razorpay. We receive the amount and a payment reference, never your card or bank details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and server logs, used for security and to fix problems. Signing in stores a token in your browser. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To run the service: collect enquiries, reply to them, ask qualifying questions, and pass qualified leads to the business.
• To check consent and contact hours before every message, and to honour opt-outs.
• To charge for genuine leads, and to review disputed charges using the conversation.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use one business's leads for another business.

Artificial intelligence

Replies, qualification and business profiles are produced by AI models. Messages are sent to our AI providers only to produce those results. Businesses can see every conversation and take over at any time. A business's AI assistant only states claims about the business that the business has approved.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us run LeadsGen, and only what each one needs:

• Anthropic: AI models for replies, qualification and business profiles.
• Sarvam AI: transcribing voice notes.
• Meta (WhatsApp): sending and receiving WhatsApp messages.
• Google: sign-in, and Google Ads lead forms a business connects.
• IndiaMART: enquiries a business chooses to import.
• Razorpay: payments.
• Email providers: sending email.
• Hostinger: servers that host the service.
• CRMs and webhooks a business connects, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or Google Sheets, which receive that business's leads.

Some of these providers process data outside India. We also disclose data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Account data is kept while the account is open, and afterwards as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Enquiries and conversations are kept until the business deletes them, or until we delete inactive closed leads under our retention schedule.
• When a person's data is deleted, we keep only a minimal record so they are not contacted again.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to act for you. To stop messages from a business, reply STOP on WhatsApp or use the unsubscribe link in any email. For anything else, write to team@sphurava.com. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything done before you withdrew it.

Security

Data is sent over HTTPS. Connected account credentials are stored encrypted, and sign-in tokens and codes are stored only as hashes. Access is limited to the people who need it. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Children

LeadsGen is a service for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

We will acknowledge a complaint promptly and resolve it within the time the law requires. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. If a change matters, we will also tell account holders by email or in the dashboard.
